Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including both real money and bonus funds.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials.

Account credentials and the account itself are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your account to another party is strictly prohibited.

Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing mid-market rate at time of receipt.

Deposit Terms:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bonus138 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Attempting to manipulate sporting events or casino outcomes through any means.
• Abusing the bonus system through deliberate bonus misuse, multi-accounting, or collusive wagering patterns.
• Sharing account credentials with other individuals or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where such access is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, without personal legal authority to do so.

bonus138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy age, identity, or source-of-funds verification requirements.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorised access.
• Disputes raised through a player's payment provider (chargebacks) that have not been resolved in favour of the player.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real money deposits not involved in any breach will be returned to the original payment method after a standard review period, subject to AML compliance requirements.
